Brewery description
Amstel Brouwerij B.V. is the Amsterdam name behind Amstel, a Dutch beer first brewed in 1870 beside the River Amstel. Now part of Heineken, the brand reflects the city's canal-side brewing heritage with clean, easy-drinking lagers, including Amstel Lager and Amstel Radler. Though production is largely integrated into facilities, its identity remains rooted in Amsterdam's café culture, and history.
