Brasserie La Binchoise, in the historic carnival town of Binche, is a Belgian brewery known for characterful ales rooted in Walloon tradition. Revived in the 1980s on a former maltings site, it produces ales such as Blonde, Brune, Triple and seasonal specials, balancing spice, malt and yeast warmth.
